Title Preparing Your Vehicle for Sale. What documents do I need to provide? You'll need:
Title or registration (must match the year, make, model, and VIN of your vehicle)
Proof of ownership (purchase agreements, bills of sale, etc.)
Historical documents (service records, photos, provenance—scan and send to our archivist)
Accompanying items (tool rolls, trophies, manuals—ship with the vehicle or place inside before transport)
When do I submit my title and documents?
Give your title to our Administration team before your vehicle is sold. Your consignment agreement will include specific instructions on where to send everything.
How do I get my vehicle to the auction site?
Most auctions have a Logistics team that can arrange transportation for you. working with trusted domestic and international carriers who specialize in collector cars. Just let them know you need help, and we'll handle the details.
After the Sale, When will I receive payment?
You'll receive proceeds within 21 business days sometimes sooner after the auction, provided you've submitted all required documentation (title, registration, etc.).
What happens if my vehicle doesn't sell?
If your vehicle doesn't sell at a live auction, they might retain the right to continue marketing and selling it for up to 90 business days. You'll need to arrange collection by the next business day following the auction— the logistics team can assist.
Unsold vehicles are also listed as "Still for Sale" section, where interested buyers can make offers.
